Blake Dye is the Engagement and Innovation manager for the Oregon State Police (OSP), serving as the driver of change across the agency, creating avenues for delivering holistic support to the workforce. His successes include creating and implementing the OSP Inclusion Team as well as broadening the scope of how OSP trains its workforce on matters of diversity, equity and inclusion.

In his spare time, Blake serves as the board chairman of The Blueprint Foundation, a Portland-based nonprofit that focuses on providing resources and mentoring to uplift, educate, and support the development of underserved youth. Additionally, he is president of the Portland-area alumni chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.

Blake earned a Master of Public Administration from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor of Science in urban affairs from Winston-Salem State University. He also holds the SHRM—Senior Certified Professional certification in Human Resources.
