Bryan Browning

Bryan R. Browning concentrates his practice in complex litigation, focusing on commercial, product liability, fire/explosion, and construction matters. He counsels and represents businesses, insurance carriers, and individuals with interests spanning many industries, including corporate disputes, financial services, FDA-regulated medical devices, pharmaceutical products, complex mechanical systems, and agricultural services.

Recently, Bryan was selected as a 2018 Diversity and Inclusion honoree by Minnesota Lawyer, a recipient of the 2017 Top Lawyers Under 40 Award by the Hispanic National Bar Association, and a 2016 Attorney of the Year, as part of the Latino Legal Experience Team, by Minnesota Lawyer.

Bryan is a member of the Executive Committee for the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA), serving as Vice President, Programs. He recently served as the 2017-2018 HNBA National Finance Director and was recognized by the organization in 2017 as a “Top Lawyer Under 40.” Bryan is a Minnesota State Bar Association Council member, chair of the MSBA’s Diversity and Inclusion Council, and a past president of the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association. He also serves on the National Diversity Advisory Board for the Office for Equality and Diversity at the University of Minnesota, on the Committee for Equality and Justice for the Minnesota Judicial Council, and as program chair for the 2018 DRI Diversity for Success Seminar and Corporate Expo. He serves on many other boards and committees dedicated to creating solutions to diversity and equality gaps in the legal community.

Bryan earned his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from Aquinas College.
