Bryan Collins is an organizational change-maker working for Google in the San Francisco Bay Area. Google has made a long-term, cross-company commitment to racial equity progress. Bryan is leading the Racial Equity work at Google with other Google leaders. He is instrumental in leading and supporting Google executives on their racial equity journey. Bryan has combined his expertise in performance improvement with diversity, equity and inclusion to deliver results for Google. Bryan has over 18 years of experience delivering results for various clients and organizations such as McKesson, Microsoft Corp., IBM, General Motors, Amazon.com, NBC Universal, Comcast, Time Warner Inc., United Parcel Service, AT&T, Sprint, and ABB, to name a few. Bryan has served as a key liaison between executive leaders and business operators, forging business ideas into concrete requirements and solutions, focusing the majority of his time helping clients to improve business/people/financial processes (HR, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion). Bryan is skilled at implementing enterprise change that drives results that matter. He is a highly motivated business partner with a reputation as a dynamic, innovative professional with a proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering successful cost-effective, high performance processes, technology and information systems solutions for his clients. Bryan holds a BS (Hampton University) and an MS (Drexel University) in Computer Science and holds his Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CSSMBB), and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certifications.
