Chelsie Messenger is an experience strategist who specializes in service design and inclusive product strategy. She started her career in higher education — her background in writing, rhetoric, and research give her a unique, humanity-centric approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Chelsie’s more recent experience includes product management, business analysis, and user experience research. In her current role at Slalom, she helps companies balance organizational objectives and technical feasibility with the needs of customers and communities to create meaningful human experiences. Most importantly, Chelsie firmly believes that we all have a responsibility to build a more diverse and equitable future.
