Chris Kondo, veteran/military recruitment, individuals with disabilities and global programs lead at 3M, manages diverse hiring programs to strengthen 3M’s global talent. He leads recruitment programs for Individuals with Disabilities, Veteran / Military, an annual global case competition with 13 participating countries, and the White House Compact initiative aimed to build marketable skills of underserved youth between 18 and 24 years old to increase employment opportunities and self-sufficiency.

Chris’s prior 3M roles include: global talent acquisition strategy lead, diversity recruitment lead–U.S. operations; and strategic business lead–corporate. He gained additional talent acquisition experience at Ecolab, PepsiCo, and Quaker Oats.

His volunteer experience includes: executive board member of Twin Cities Diversity and Inclusion Round Table, veteran employment advisory committee of Hiring our Heroes, board member of Voyageur Outward Bound School, Workforce Innovation of Ramsey County board member, and member of Beyond the Yellow Ribbon of Minnesota.

Chris earned a BA degree in business from Hartwick College in Oneonta, N.Y.
