Christie Lindor is a principal consultant and CEO of Tessi Consulting, a management and HR consulting firm. Prior to Tessi, Christie was a veteran management consultant advising Fortune 500 C-suite and senior executives at the world’s top consulting firms such as IBM, Deloitte, and EY. She is a first-generation American, college graduate, and corporate professional. Because of her otherness, she has spent her entire 20-year career focused on creating equity and access in the spaces she occupies.

In the span of her 20-year corporate management consulting career, Christie has partnered with hundreds of organizations within 23 industries/sectors in 10 countries across four continents at the intersection of IT, strategy, M&A, business operations, and human capital.

She has more than 10 years of experience planning, designing, and implementing strategies and programs across the talent continuum from workforce planning, organizational design, recruitment strategy, career development, performance management, diversity/equity/inclusion, and learning to leadership development and succession planning.

Christie was named EY Top Tier Facilitator in 2016 and 2017, a high distinction given to the top one percent of more than 10,000 facilitators globally in a fiscal year. She also advises small business owners in partnership with the Mayor’s Office of Economic Development for the City of Boston. Christie currently sits on the board of The Women’s Lunch Place, a women’s homeless shelter in Boston, and is an active member of the leadership team at The Boston Club, an organization focused on advancing women leaders.

She is a podcaster and avid writer on workforce-related topics. Her work has been featured in publications such as Forbes, Fast Company, and Time magazine. A TEDx and keynote speaker, Christie speaks and conducts training at corporations, universities, and associations.

Christie, a wife and mompreneur, is also an award-winning bestselling author currently writing her third nonfiction business book.
