Daphney Valcinor

Daphney Valcinor is a senior facilitator and consultant with Orange Grove Consulting. In her role, she provides consultation and program development, and facilitates corporate trainings to various audiences on various topics. Her direct focus and warm approach quickly build rapport, aiming to engage and stimulate ongoing learning and effectiveness.

Daphney is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and earned her master’s degree in dual counseling in mental health and marriage and family therapy from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. She is a certified DE&I and Psychological Safety trainer, with a personal commitment to helping organizations create conditions for success.

When Daphney is not called to train, she is an avid social dancer and foodie who enjoys spending time with family doing something random.
