Donna has worked as a consultant for over 30 years. Her service in diversity and inclusion work is rooted in a set of enduring beliefs that we all have the right to use our education and talents to pursue the life we desire free from barriers. She advocates for everyone having the right to feel comfortable in their space regardless race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic origin or gender identity.

Her focus on diversity began in undergraduate school as a student leader and as TV and radio show host. During her career at Procter & Gamble, her journey continued, initially in R&D as a member of a diverse leadership change team, and later in various assignments and roles as a leader and executive in Organizational Development in the US, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Her current work is focused on building cultures where we can all grow and thrive by creating change processes to remove prejudice and discrimination between individuals and within groups and organizations.

Donna completed her master’s in organizational development at the American University Washington, DC. She completed her undergraduate studies are in psychology and zoology at Miami University in Ohio. She is passionate about the growth that comes when people know who they are and how they show up in their work and personal lives to promote cultures of inclusion.
