Dr. Maria Sierra-Wilburn

Maria Sierra-Wilburn, PhD, is the associate director, Executive Education Enrollment at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In this role, she advises executives in discovering which program is right for them. Additionally, she offers assistance to talent officers in determining which open enrollment programs offer solutions to tackle their unique organizational challenges. Prior roles include project manager, vice president–region manager, and director of staffing for TCF Bank.

Maria holds a BA in organizational leadership and development (minor in psychology) from Loyola University, a master’s degree in clinical psychology (counseling specialty) and a PhD in business psychology (consulting specialty) from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
