Dr. Mylene Culbreath is a thought leader in the study of educational equity, access, and career adaptability. Specifically, her work seeks to understand workplace satisfaction at the intersection of identity and organizational climate.

Currently, Mylene is the director for Diversity Consulting, Outreach and Recruitment at the University of Minnesota graduate school. In that role, she partners with academic leaders to identify inclusive strategies for BIPOC recruitment and retention. She also serves as a trainer for the University of Minnesota Diversity Certificate Program—specifically addressing allyship, race, racism and white supremacy, and implicit bias in the search and selection process.
