2022 Conference Session: Measuring Workplace Inclusion: How to Assess Progress Toward DEI Goals and Hold Leadership Accountable for DEI Outcomes (FS-2A)

Dr. Victoria Mattingly holds a PhD in organizational psychology and has been providing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and learning and development (L&D) consulting services to businesses and nonprofit organizations for more than 10 years. She has built and implemented DEI and allyship solutions with companies such as Intel, American Eagle, DICK’S Sporting Goods, and Sargent & Lundy.

Victoria is founder and CEO of Mattingly Solutions, a woman-owned DEI consulting firm. Mattingly Solutions is founded on the belief that DEI is much more than a one-off, HR initiative. DEI done right is embedded in the fabric of a company’s culture, its overall strategy, and considered in every business decision—at all levels of the organization. Most importantly, the purpose of DEI is to help us all be better humans at work.

Before starting Mattingly Solutions, she worked as an external consultant at Mind Gym and DDI and worked on Amazon’s talent assessment team, building innovative training programs for more inclusive hiring practices.
