Dwayne Haynes is a Customer Relationship manager at Progressive and, since 2017, he is chair of PAAN, Progressive’s African American Network. He is responsible for supporting, integrating and executing on Progressive’s diversity and inclusion initiatives for his business group and PAAN.
In his capacity as chair, Dwayne has been part of the team responsible for the development and execution of Courageous Conversations. As a manager, Dwayne’s teams are responsible for the daily operations associated with Progressive’s homeowner product.
