As an associate consultant, facilitator, and qualified administrator of the IDI® assessment, Emani Richmond assists and trains leaders, teams, and organizations to develop employee-led training curriculum aimed at leveraging their people resources to drive toward cultures of inclusion. She brings forth her background working globally within educational institutions and experiences living internationally and navigating cultures to co-create culturally competent and inclusive workplaces with LCW’s clients.

As a participant in Teach For America, Emani developed a grounded and action-oriented philosophy in equity-based educational initiatives and leveraging community partnerships. Recent client engagements include organizations within the medical device industry, higher education, marketing, technology, and nonprofits.

Emani earned a master’s degree in education at Relay Graduate School of Education, a BA in communication studies from Hollins University, and a certificate in leadership studies from the Frank Batten School of Leadership.
