She is an experienced leader, with more than 15 years in the field, who uses evidence-based practices to strategically integrate the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion into complex multi-layered systems. Femina excels at utilizing best practices and maintaining extensive knowledge of diversity demographics, complaints, and retention issues.
