Femina Ajayi-Hackworth is an experienced D&I practitioner with a demonstrated history of working in the federal, state and local government. She has strong professional skills in the Americans with Disabilities Act, Equal Employment Opportunity, EEO compliance training, D&I training, ADA training, nonprofit organizations, government, conflict resolution, facilitation and legal writing. Femina has been in the diversity and inclusion field for the past 13 years. Her passion is working beyond increasing the diversity of organization staff to reflect workforce demographics, but rather to enhance diversity and inclusion work so that diversity is no longer viewed as a separate and distinct entity, but a cohesive and necessary factor of today’s work. Femina currently works as a diversity and inclusion consultant. She provides management and associates with counseling, guidance and support in creating and maintaining an inclusive and positive work environment so that diversity and inclusion is embraced and leveraged throughout the organization while mitigating employment risk.
