Fran Dillard

Fran Dillard is the director of diversity and inclusion at Texas Instruments (TI) and oversees and manages TI’s diversity strategy and programs, including the company’s network of diversity employee resource groups which brings together dozens of grassroots, employee-led organizations.

Fran serves as a member of The Conference Board’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Executives Council. She is a fellow of the National African-American Women’s Leadership Institute (NAAWLI), a 2014 alumnus of Leadership America, and was most recently elected to the board of directors for Women Leading at Alliance for Greater Works.
