Gina Greenlee is the coauthor of The Business of Race (McGraw-Hill, 2021). She is an organizational development, project management, communications, training and education professional with more than 30 years of business experience. She specializes in experiential learning models and stages of readiness for behavioral change. She is also trained in Advanced Facilitation by Johns Hopkins University and Johnson & Johnson to motivate demographically diverse populations in widely varied settings. While living in Southeast Asia, Greenlee launched a health promotion operating company, a joint venture between Johnson & Johnson and the National Productivity Board of the Singapore government, delivering products and services to 35,000 employees in 20 public-sector and multinational organizations. The author of 17 books, Greenlee was an Op-ed columnist for The Hartford Courant, Connecticut’s largest newspaper. Her writing has also been published in The New York Times Magazine and Essence Magazine. Greenlee earned her BA in English from Hunter College and her MS in Education from Queens College.
