As director of diversity and inclusion for JLL Americas, Grant Clarke oversees the Americas D&I strategy and JLL’s six Employee Resource Groups, and is responsible for connecting together a complex network of more than 40,000 employees spread across a multitude of service lines and markets. He closely collaborates with recruiting, learning and leadership development, and business development teams to create thought leadership amongst JLL employees to provide a best-in-class culture.

Under Grant’s guidance, JLL leads the commercial real estate space as an NAFE Top Company; a Working Mother Top Company; a DiversityMBA 50 Out Front company for diverse managers and employees; an HRC Best Places to Work (CEI); a HISPANIC Network Magazine Best of the Best Top Diversity Employers; and one of Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies; and JLL is a proud corporate sponsor of the 100,000 Jobs Mission.

Before joining JLL, Grant was founder and CEO of K101, a New York City nonprofit focused on using data analytics to pair homeless shelters and food pantries with surrounding at-risk youth. He has also served as executive director of the Martina Arroyo Foundation whose main goal was bringing music to underserved inner city K-12 students.

Grant has a graduate degree from Columbia University in New York City and undergraduate degrees from Indiana University.
