Gwen leads the Client Success team at Mursion. In this role she leverages her experience in learning science, client service, strategy, technology, entrepreneurship, and operations developed over her career. Prior to joining Mursion, Gwen was Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Bellwether Education Partners, a dual role that focused on the firm’s operations and serving clients in the strategic advising practice. Before that, she founded and led CoreSpring, a B2B technology designed to enable authoring of digital assessment items.
Gwen has had roles at NewSchools Venture Fund, New Visions for Public Schools, and Teachscape, and she began her career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Gwen is a graduate of Ithaca College and Northwestern University. At Northwestern, she was a fellow at the Institute for the Learning Sciences (ILS) where she studied the use of technology and simulation to improve learning outcomes. Two of her favorite simulation projects involved the creation of tools to practice consultative selling and the investigation of the social conditions leading up to the French Revolution.
