Gwen Hill (she/her) is a queer, cisgender woman of Scottish, English, and French heritage, and is grateful to reside on the lands of the Tseycum First Nation in Canada. Gwen holds a Master of Arts in interdisciplinary studies with a focus on intergenerational communication, and a certificate in inclusive leadership. She is passionate about building truly safe and inclusive places to live, work, and learn.

Gwen is the manager of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Research at Royal Roads University. Her job offers her plenty of opportunities to put her passion to work as she collaborates with faculty, human resources, staff, and students to build the most applicable research for a more inclusive world.
