Heidi Moore

Heidi Moore is an experienced equity, diversity, and inclusion practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in leading corporate and community strategies in the B2B, clinical, consumer goods, durable goods, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, IT, resort, and wealth management industries for Fortune 500 and Forbes largest organizations. Her work includes efforts in the areas of business, clinical, community engagement, consumer experience, human resources, marketing, operations, organizational development, research, sales, talent, and executive development.

Currently the director of Emerging Markets, Diversity and Inclusion at the Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin regional health network, Heidi partners closely with the Marketing and Communications, Supply Chain, and Community Engagement departments to develop strategies to expand market share in the diverse communities served. She also partners with clinical leaders, the executive team, and staff to provide culturally and linguistically responsive care for all patients of the health care network.

Heidi has a Bachelor of Arts degree and completed her master’s requirements at Columbia College in Chicago, Illinois. She currently serves on the boards of Beckum Stapleton Little League, National Hispanic Corporate Council, United Way Diversity Leadership Council, and Walnut Way. Previously, Heidi served on the board of directors for the YWCA of Greater Milwaukee, the African American World Culture Center, Prospanica, and The Business Council. She is also a recipient of the Black Excellence Award, was featured in Black Enterprise magazine, and is a YMCA Black Achiever.
