Isis Fabian is manager of publications and research at the Center for Talent Innovation (CTI), where she manages relationships with CTI’s research advisors and sponsors, conducts qualitative research through interviews and focus groups across the US and abroad, manages end-to-end production of CTI’s research studies, and works with the larger research team on quantitative research. She also leads research on diversity and inclusion best practices and builds project plans for CTI research work streams. In addition, Fabian presents CTI research to external audiences on topics including sponsorship, executive presence and personal branding, and unconscious bias. She holds a dual degree in economics and psychology from New York University.
