Role: Session Presenter

2022 Conference Session: Social Change: Anticipating and Leading Through Social Unrest (TT6-A)

James Morris has worked in, or led, purpose-driven educational and consulting organizations for most of his 30-year career. As chief consulting officer at WMFDP, he leads and supports the firm’s consulting practice including its global network of consultants as they deliver one-of-a-kind services to clients. Jim and his team are responsible for the integrity and excellence of program delivery, curriculum development, innovation, and instructional design of WMFDP’s programs and services.

He began his journey with WMFDP in 2000 when he attended his first White Men’s Caucus and began working with WMFDP. The Caucus had a profound impact on Jim, and he began looking for ways to blend his work in leadership development and coaching with WMFDP’s experiential approach to engaging white men in developing their own courageous leadership practices.

Jim has been an adjunct faculty at Duke Leadership and Training Associates, The Executive Forum and The American Leadership Forum. He is the author of “The Five Insights of Enduring Leaders,” a book about developing leadership traits, and uncovering and inspiring them in others to change the world.
