Jane Hyun

As a trusted expert in cultural-fluent leadership and diversity strategy, she draws upon 25-plus years of experience in high-stakes business environments where she has helped leaders leverage diversity to drive engagement, innovation, and high performance.

Jane is the author of “Breaking the Bamboo Ceiling” and co-author of “Flex: The New Playbook for Managing Across Differences.” She serves on the board of Operation Exodus, a nonprofit which fosters academic mentoring and transformational relationships in Washington Heights and The Bronx, N.Y.
