Jaylen Spann

Jaylen Spann is a Research and Development associate at Whistle Stop Capital. Her primary responsibilities are to support sustainability data collection and analysis as well as business development and firm growth. She works to provide clients with the up-to-date, accurate, and useful information relative to their portfolios and their intersection with environmental and social issues.

She is also involved in Whistle Stop’s shareholder advocacy work, on behalf of its clients, with their portfolio companies in areas such as concealment clauses, workplace equity, diversity data, and women’s reproductive health. Jaylen has obtained extensive knowledge in best practice diversity reporting and shareholder activism.
