Jen McMillion

Jennifer McMillion is senior manager of Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at McCormick & Company, Inc. In this strategic role, Jen leads many of the McCormick DE&I strategic initiatives as well as oversees all the global employee ambassador groups. She joined McCormick in 2014 as a member of the Global Learning and Development team.

Prior to joining McCormick, Jen worked for several global companies where she focused much of her career in the learning and development space. She is a leader, passionate about the development of others to reach organizational goals. She is an energetic and results-driven individual experienced in facilitating and delivering various learning solutions as well as focusing on driving DE&I business initiatives forward.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in political science and economics with a certification in secondary education from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County as well as a Master of Arts in instructional systems development also from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
