Jennifer London serves as content director for Diversity Best Practices (DBP). She joined the team in 2013 after working as an associate event coordinator on the Working Mother Conferences and Events team, as well as interim client services director. In her role as content director, Jennifer oversees all content that is delivered to DBP’s members including their annual publication, conferences and web seminars, social media, and the website.

Throughout her 15-year career in education, Jennifer had the opportunity to work with a wide range of young people, teachers and administrators, and parents including middle school children in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston, Mass., the Tohono O’odham Tribe in southern Arizona and, most recently, LGBTQ youth of color in New York. Jennifer has enjoyed bringing her unique perspective to the diversity and inclusion conversation.

Jennifer received her undergraduate degree in sociology and theatre from Brandeis University and her Master of Education in administration, planning and social policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education. She lives in the Lower East Side of Manhattan with her husband and daughter.
