Jennifer London serves as Content Director for Diversity Best Practices (DBP). In this role, she oversees all DBP member content including conferences, web seminars, publications (including their newest book, the ERG Leadership Handbook), resource guides, the DBP website and social media.

Throughout her 15-year career in education, Jennifer had the opportunity to work with a wide range of young people, teachers and administrators, and parents including middle school children in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston, the Tohono O’odham Tribe in Southern Arizona and most recently, LGBTQ youth of color in New York. In addition to her direct service work, Jennifer designed and facilitated professional development for teachers and school administrators from all over the country.

Jennifer received her undergraduate degree in Sociology and Theatre from Brandeis University and her Masters in Education in Administration, Planning and Social Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education. She lives in the Lower East Side of Manhattan with her husband and daughter. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, reading as many books as possible, riding her bike around NYC, and rooting for the Red Sox.
