Jennifer Zephirin is the director of diversity and inclusion solutions at Language & Culture Worldwide (LCW), a cross-cultural and global diversity and inclusion training and consulting firm. She is a diversity and inclusion thought leader and co-author of Misunderstood Millennial Talent: The Other Ninety-One Percent.
Prior to joining LCW, Jennifer was most recently a director of diversity and inclusion at Visa Inc. and a contributing writer for the Levo Institute. While at Visa, she launched the first ERG Summit for leaders across the country and developed the Elevate Conference, a three-day summit for high-potential Black and Latino talent. Jennifer also led Visa in their first-ever appearance in San Francisco’s Pride Parade and worked closely with marketing to embed diversity into forthcoming company advertising.
Jennifer was also formerly a senior vice president of strategic outreach at the Center for Talent Innovation, where she oversaw member relationships and engagement; served as COO of Hewlett Consulting Partners; and previously managed diversity and inclusion at Morgan Stanley where she specialized in organizational culture change, pipeline development, employee resource group management, and retention of high-potential employees. She has experience in recruiting, compensation, learning and development, and financial software consulting through previous roles at NERA Economic Consulting and FactSet Research Systems.
Jennifer earned a BA in economics from Fairfield University.
