Jessie Wusthoff

Jessie Wusthoff is director of Culture, Inclusion & Diversity at Bay Area healthcare technology company Clover Health. With a background in organizational behavior and learning and development, and an MBA with a focus on organizational behavior, she concentrates on creating safe-space dialogues to increase comfort around difficult workplace conversations.

Jessie serves on the leadership team for Diversity Advocates and has had the pleasure of speaking at various organizations and conferences including Harvard Business School, Box, Goodwill’s Neuroleadership Pathways program, CultureAmp’s Culture First conference, and many more. A proven advocate of—and catalyst for—change, Jessie has dedicated more than a decade to supporting women in leadership, creating awareness around the impact of unconscious bias, and increasing the recognition of disability and intersectionality in the greater diversity and inclusion conversation.
