An accomplished executive, with a depth of knowledge and experience in human resources, strategy, and change management, Joline Treanor is executive vice president of people and culture at PeaceHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit healthcare system serving communities throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Prior to joining PeaceHealth in August 2019, Joline served as the executive VP and chief HR officer for Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She previously served as the senior VP and chief HR officer for St. Joseph Health System in Irvine, California and as a director at Deloitte Consulting in Los Angeles, California, where she provided advisory services related to strategy, organizational transformation, HR operations and technology.

A proven leader with more than 25 years of experience, Joline is focused on creating an engaging workplace, ensuring PeaceHealth has key strategies in place to accelerate a culture of performance excellence, high engagement and continuous improvement. In addition, she spearheads the overall people and talent strategies, diversity, equity and inclusion, and organizational development plans to attract and develop top talent.

Joline holds a master’s degree in educational technology and adult learning theory, as well as a bachelor’s degree in psychology from San Diego State University in California. She has served on a couple of non-profit community boards and has several speaking engagements to her credit.
