Licensed etiquette professional, global career development facilitator, and “The Life Etiquette Expert,” Juliet Mitchell (Ms. J) is a master etiquette trainer and business coach with more than 22 years of experience serving diverse audiences. She is CEO of Life Etiquette Institute and her areas of expertise include business and social etiquette, and career development. Ms. J helps clients improve their social and interpersonal skills for personal growth and professional success so that they can enter into business or social situations with poise and confidence.
Ms. J holds a Master of Arts degree in human development from Saint Mary’s University in Minnesota. She is licensed by the Emily Post Business Etiquette Institute, and certified as a Global Career Development Facilitator with the Center for Credentialing Education. She is also a newspaper columnist for the Minnesota Spokesman Recorder.
