Kalisha Roberts

Kalisha Roberts is a Customer Relationship site manager at Progressive. She was former vice chair and chair (2014–2017) and is a current Cultural Awareness Committee co-chair of PAAN, Progressive’s African American Network. She is a part of the team responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive culture that encourages creativity, individuality, celebration of African American culture, and mutual respect and understanding.

Kalisha has been part of the team responsible for the development and execution of Courageous Conversations, and she led the original pilot and rollout efforts. As a site manager, Kalisha is responsible for ensuring positive contributions toward the overall organizational goals from her sales organization. She has been with Progressive for 20 years.
