Karyn Berg

Karyn Berg, MPA, has functioned as a workforce professional with Ramsey County Workforce Solutions for more than 25 years. As a planner and public Workforce Development specialist, she has engaged in a variety of programming designed for specific industry sectors, employer engagement, and employment and training services.

In-person and virtual recruitment initiatives aiding local industries have been a key part of her accomplishments including offering virtual career fairs in collaboration with the City of Minneapolis and other metro area workforce and community partners in the recent years.
