Kathy J. Goss

For more than 15 years, Kathy J. Goss has worked with organizations on diversity and inclusion opportunities. Currently serving as director, head of Inclusion Recruiting at LinkedIn, she excels at working collaboratively with teams and senior leaders to design and execute practical strategies while also innovating and taking intelligent risks to find new ways to solve old problems.

Kathy started her career in change management, which she has found to be a valuable skill in diversity work. She then spent more than 10 years on Accenture’s D&I team learning how to build and scale award-winning, world-class internal diversity programs. At LinkedIn, Kathy’s time is spent deeply focused on diversity recruiting, building the strategy and program from scratch, and working to not only advance Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (#DIBs) for the company, but also for the customers and millions of LinkedIn members.
