Kelly Rome

Kelly Rome is the vice president of product development for Prudential Retirement. In this role, she leads a product development team and is responsible for enhancing Prudential’s Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Nonqualified, Extended Markets, and Financial Wellness product offerings.

Kelly has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. During her tenure she has held a variety of staff and leadership positions in product, operations, project management, underwriting, compliance, training, and client service.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hartford. She also holds NASD Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
