Kenneth M. Nowack, PhD, is a licensed psychologist (PSY13758) and co-founder / chief research officer of Envisia Learning, Inc. (www.envisialearning.com). Ken received his doctorate degree in counseling psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and has published extensively in the areas of 360-degree feedback, leadership, stress, coping and wellness. He is the author of two books and his latest is “Clueless: Coaching People Who Just Don’t Get It” (2nd Edition).

Ken serves on Daniel Goleman’s Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations and serves as editor-in-chief for the American Psychological Association’s Journal Program “Consulting Psychology Journal: Practice and Research.” He is also a fellow of the American Psychological Association (Division 13; Society of Consulting Psychology). Ken also serves as a member of The Centre for Global Inclusion as an expert panelist and has served as a resource for the Global D&I Benchmarks (GDIB) publications.
