Kenneth M. Nowack, PhD, is a licensed psychologist (PSY13758) and co-founder / chief research officer of Envisia Learning, Inc. ( Ken received his doctorate degree in counseling psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and has published extensively in the areas of 360-degree feedback, leadership, stress, coping and wellness. He is the author of two books and his latest is “Clueless: Coaching People Who Just Don’t Get It” (2nd Edition).

Ken serves on Daniel Goleman’s Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations and serves as editor-in-chief for the American Psychological Association’s Journal Program “Consulting Psychology Journal: Practice and Research.” He is also a fellow of the American Psychological Association (Division 13; Society of Consulting Psychology). Ken also serves as a member of The Centre for Global Inclusion as an expert panelist and has served as a resource for the Global D&I Benchmarks (GDIB) publications.
