Kenya Jacobs serves as director of Diversity Recruiting and Workforce Development at Trane Technologies — a leading global climate innovator. Prior to joining Trane Technologies, she held roles at Andersen Consulting, Tenet Healthcare, Starbucks Coffee Company, and Hewlett-Packard.
Kenya is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. She holds a Master of Education from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Spelman College.
