Kim Holub

Kim Holub is a Certified Change Practitioner (CCP) specializing in technology and system implementations at Slalom. She began her career as an American Sign Language interpreter, then shifted to an occupational communication specialist role to support and empower d/Deaf consumers looking to enter the workforce.

Aiming to address the gaps in employment to marginalized and/or underrepresented groups, Kim moved into the consulting space to coach change and inclusive behaviors at the organizational level.
