Kristen Wong is a senior HR business partner with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in Portland, Ore., with nearly fifteen years of employee/labor relations, organizational development and training experience. Her focus is on performance management where she acts as a coach and consultant to OHSU leadership. Kristen is a regular facilitator with OHSU’s Leadership Development Program. She is the co-designer and facilitator of the Intercultural Communications for Leaders series, which has been recognized by OHSU’s Center for Diversity and Inclusion as an exemplary contribution toward the organization’s diversity strategy.
Kristen is the author of, “Global Coaching: HR’s Contribution to the Real World” (2018). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Davis and a certification as a Professional in HR from the Society of Human Resources Management and the HR Certificate Institute.
