Kristy Beckman is an experienced change agent and integrator of global teams. After utilizing her background in chemical engineering and research to bring several new products to market through the work of teams around the world, she has recently turned her attention to larger integration projects with H.B. Fuller, including the $1.575 billion deal to acquire Royal Adhesives and Sealants. Kristy is currently the director of Program Management at H.B. Fuller, headquartered in St. Paul, Minn. She holds a BS in chemical engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Kristy is also a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and holds more than 15 patents across multiple industries. Her past employers include Caterpillar, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Phillips-Medisize, and Celanese. In 2011, she joined H.B. Fuller, a $3 billion global adhesives and sealants manufacturer with operations in over 50 countries and larger centers of excellence on six continents.
