Laura Kangas

Laura Kangas, CEO of RiverBend Associates, is a global DEI organizational and management development consultant, workshop and program designer, facilitator, speaker, and writer. Her clients have included Texas Instruments, Partners Healthcare, Pfizer, Microsoft, and many others. Her academic work has included a visiting professorship at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

Laura is the co-author of “Diversity Training That Generates Real Change: Inclusive Approaches That Benefit Individuals, Business, and Society,” and creator of the Perception Assumption Model used by many DEI practitioners in experiential learning designs.
