Leann Kang Pereira

Leann Kang Pereira is Emtrain’s senior director of Organizational Psychology, and is responsible for Emtrain’s scoring methodology, skills content, and framework as well as client research projects.

As a learning and development expert with a specialty in women’s leadership, Leann has developed a theoretical model of leadership behavioral competencies for women and instrumentation to assess self-regulated learning capabilities of women engineers.

She has developed and delivered training interventions to enhance leadership competencies, and conducted workplace research and developed recruiting programs for recruiting, D&I, and leadership development at Apple, [24]7.ai, Trybe.ai, and others.

Leann holds an EdD and an MS in organizational development from the University of San Francisco, and a BA in women’s studies and English from Rutgers.
