Lindsay Stortz is a senior director in the Talent & Rewards line of business at Willis Towers Watson, leading the Talent team in Minnesota, Missouri and Kansas. In this role, Lindsay’s work focuses on communication and change management to support the employee experience, including projects to help organizations develop, implement and execute their inclusion and diversity strategies.

Lindsay combines an expertise in change management methodology with a deep understanding of individual behavior and the ability to communicate information in meaningful and accessible ways. Through thoughtful development of strategy, messaging and creative branding, she supports organizations in achieving their objectives by helping employees, managers, leaders and HR adopt new behaviors or manage quickly and effectively through change with minimal disruption.

Lindsay has extensive experience in strategic planning and has worked with clients to craft communication and change approaches related to employee experience and value proposition, inclusion and diversity, total rewards, career frameworks and compensation, HR and/or broad organization redesign, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale technology change.

Lindsay holds a degree in journalism from Northwestern University. In 2012, Lindsay led a wellness communication project that won a Gold Quill Award from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
