Liz Lieberman is a managing director and head of Human Resources for Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Capital Markets in the U.S. In this role, she leads the HR function and advances HR’s strategic objectives and priorities in the U.S.

Liz joined RBC from the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in London where she led the HR function for Global Markets. She was also responsible for leading a culture change program. Prior to RBS, she started her own consulting firm, Campus2Career, where she counseled graduates and companies on how to ensure a successful transition to the working world. She has also held senior HR roles at Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank covering banking, markets, private equity, and Latin America.

Liz received a BA in psychology from Barnard College. She is a member of the U.S. Diversity Leadership Committee and an officer of RBC USA Corporation.
