Margaret H. Greenberg is the coauthor of The Business of Race (McGraw-Hill, 2021). She is the President of The Greenberg Group, a consulting firm founded in 1997, dedicated to coaching executives and their teams to lead large-scale organizational change. Greenberg is recognized by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Her first book, Profit from the Positive (McGraw-Hill, 2013), has been translated into three languages and has been developed into a live, online certificate program that has trained professionals on five continents and in eighteen countries to date. She also is a visiting professor in the Master of Positive Leadership at Universidad Tecmilenio in both Mexico City and Monterey, Mexico. She is a globally recognized thought leader, keynote speaker and positive psychology pioneer. Greenberg earned her BA in Sociology/Anthropology from the University of Hartford and her Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the inaugural program at the University of Pennsylvania.
