Mary E. Casey, MA, brings over 25 years of experience providing high-impact diversity and inclusion training and facilitation skills to companies such as Deloitte, Microsoft, General Mills, American Express, PepsiCo, and others. She has trained many other trainers and developed and implemented large-scale training initiatives that involved training 20,000-plus employees. Mary’s background also includes working in the U.K. for seven years as a senior consultant for Domino Perspectives, providing leadership training in organizations throughout the U.K. and Europe.

Mary co-founded BrainSkills@Work, LLC—a consultancy that applies neuroscience in areas of leadership development and diversity and inclusion. In May 2012, she was awarded Advanced Certified NeuroBusiness Coach with Dr. Srini Pillay, MD, Harvard Medical School professor and CEO of NeuroBusiness Group. Mary is co-author of the recently released book, Neuroscience of Inclusion: New Skills for New Times (June 2017).

Mary’s educational background includes a master’s degree in training and organizational development from the University of Minnesota. Among other professional certifications, she is licensed to administer situational leadership; Myers Briggs Type Indicator; the DISC Personality Profile; and Targeted Selection, and she is a certified HeartMath provider. Mary holds a master’s certificate from the NLP Institute in group leadership dynamics.
