Working as program manager in the office of Nielsen’s chief diversity officer, Matthew Hanzlik manages Nielsen’s Diverse Leadership Network (DLN), a leadership development program focused on diverse talent. The DLN is a 15-month, cross-functional leadership development program to identify, develop, accelerate, and elevate critical-to-retain talent across Nielsen’s business units. DLN participants are paired with an executive-level Nielsen coach, receive professional coaching, participate in case studies to solve real-time business issues, and develop as leaders through coursework and faculty-led seminars.
Nielsen has been recognized as a Top 50 Company for Diversity by DiversityInc and has been designated a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Employees by the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index.
