2022 Conference Session: How to Take Anti-Racism Global: A Case Study of Boston Scientific’s ARCH Training Program (S6-B)

Meg Grow is a senior consultant in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Boston Scientific and program lead for the global rollout of ARCH. Their consulting practice focuses on employee resource groups, digital accessibility, and scaling programs from pilot to enterprise-wide. An engineer by training with more than 10 years of experience as a people leader, Meg believes that real progress is made through a combination of systems-based thinking, a deep understanding of human behavior, and by constantly asking “what if?”

Meg is a passionate force for positive change who is not nearly as buttoned-up as this bio would lead you to believe. They identify as genderqueer, neurodiverse, and a person of size. Outside of work, Meg can often be found in South Minneapolis exploring the muddy depths of Minnehaha Creek and going on dragon-based adventures with their almost 9-year-old kiddo.
