Meghan Schilling

Meghan Schilling is the director of sales with LocalJobNetwork™ and has more than 10 years of experience helping guide employers through strategies to help with diversity recruitment and effective outreach programs.

Meghan has been the co-chair of the Minnesota Industry Liaison group since 2013 and formerly served as the vice president of diversity with Human Resource Professionals of Minnesota.

She has presented at conferences and employer groups on Outreach to Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities: The Essentials, Mandatory Job Listing, and Good Faith Efforts.
