Michelle Chaffee is founder and CEO of alska, a tool for patients and caregivers to more effectively manage all the details of care. Chaffee has worked with caregivers and patients for over 20 years as a healthcare professional and professional patient advocate. She previously worked as a medical investigator for the Attorney General of Minnesota and writes and speaks regularly on healthcare consumer experience, patient engagement and empowerment.

She is a special contributor to the book “Would You Do That to Your Mother” written by customer experience expert Jeanne Bliss, available May 2018.
