Missy Chicre is the senior vice president of Business Development and Product Innovation at Menttium Corporation. She is responsible for new business development, leading product development, increasing Menttium’s visibility and leading the consulting practice to ensure clients receive outstanding consulting, facilitation, and program delivery. Missy serves on the Menttium leadership team and drives both strategy and innovation to evolve Menttium’s brand and value proposition.
Prior to joining Menttium, Missy spent over a decade as an HR leader in various large corporations, including Cargill, Best Buy, and Accenture. She spent many years as a diversity and inclusion (D&I) practitioner, focused on transforming organizational culture to be inclusive and leverage diversity as a competitive advantage. At Cargill, Missy worked with businesses and functions around the world to develop diversity action plans and consult on D&I interventions. Missy also served in other roles within HR, including global employee experience and internal change management consulting. Before joining Cargill, she was D&I manager at Best Buy with responsibility for managing employee resource groups and diversity training programs. Missy started her corporate career at Accenture in change management consulting.
Missy is bilingual in English and Spanish. She earned a master’s degree in Hispanic literature at the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree at Vanderbilt University.
Missy is passionate about the development and advancement of women, particularly working mothers. While at Cargill she founded and led the Working Mothers’ Network, a network dedicated to building confidence and competence among working mothers to navigate their careers and motherhood. Missy was a 2016 finalist for the TeamWomenMN WaveMaker Award for her leadership in helping women achieve their goals. Missy has also facilitated numerous workshops and panel discussions at both local and national conferences, and was interviewed on WCCO-TV, a Twin Cities station, regarding Menttium’s groundbreaking new program, Women Mentoring Men: Standing Together for Change, in March 2020.
